Kargo Link LLC launches a new multidisciplinary logistics center construction!
The new logistics center main purpose is to relieve the Blagoveshchensk transport system, which is no longer able to cope with the growing cargo traffic. Especially considering the orientation towards the eastern direction in the last year. The railway station is squeezed inside the city, which complicates cargo access to it; the capacity deficit is more than 500%!
The new investment project will make it possible to divert traffic flows from the city center to the outskirts and unload the city itself, speeding up cargo delivery times.
About Project:
11ha - the logistics center area
• Convenient access roads and railway tracks
• Own gantry cranes and railway sidings for container loading at short notice
• Covered and open areas for goods safe unloading and storage
• Temporary storage warehouse for customs cargoes handling and storage
• Railway infrastructure design capacity - up to 4 container trains/week
• More than 40 vehicles with ASMAP permits for transport from Heihe city
• Total fleet ready for transportations within the Russian Federation - about 1000 units
• Trailed vehicles a diversified fleet and special equipment for PRDs
Up to 60 Euro trucks, about 100 wagons and 60 fitting platforms can be unloaded here at the same time.
The new logistics center will significantly reduce the transporting cargo cost from the federal center to the Far East.
The project prospects were assessed in the Amur Region. Following the investment committee, a meeting chaired by the Amur Region Governor, the complex was included in the 24 priority investment projects in the Amur Region list.

Benefits for the Amur region economy:
• 140 jobs for Amur residents,
• shipments round-the-clock operation and processing not only from the Russian Federation, but also from China and CIS countries,
• possibility to deliver and process more than 50 containers per day from China for further delivery in the Russian Federation,
• handling up to 8,000 wagons/year and cargo storage up to 5,200 tonnes possibility,
• reducing the load on the city's motorways and increasing the handling of cargoes coming from the international bridge and the Trans-Siberian Railway.
The transport and logistics center first stage construction will start in autumn. The complex will reach full capacity by 2029.
