Description
To implement the project, it was necessary to perform 2 tasks.
Task № 1. When accepting the products, it was necessary to make special fasteners "grips" according to the developed drawings, which were necessary for unloading the pipe without damage. To carry out crane operations, it was decided to use specialized soft slings and gripper for pipes with caprolon inserts.
Task №2. The reloading of products onto automobile platforms provided for the lodgments use as an installation base for the fastening the product on the trailer platform reliability. The manufactured lodgment configuration had to strictly correspond to the part configuration, for the product reliable basing. After manufacturing all the necessary devices, the company's specialists began to perform the work.
